Jamie Perry, President, Paisly

Jamie Perry is the president of Paisly, a tech-enabled managed travel services company and wholly owned subsidiary of JetBlue Airways Corp. Based in Dania Beach, Florida, he leads the growth of non-air travel products and oversees all operations. Under his leadership, Paisly delivers human-first experiences at scale by managing services in-house – from hotel partnerships and marketing to customer care. The company’s proprietary platform provides travel offers based on customer behavior and real-time context. Jamie plays a key role in advancing JetBlue’s JetForward strategy by expanding its presence beyond air travel and strengthening the overall customer value proposition.





Jamie first joined JetBlue in 2010 and has held several leadership roles within the company. From 2014 to 2017, he served as vice president of marketing, where he was responsible for commercial strategy, brand and advertising, loyalty marketing, and product development. Prior to that, he was director of product development from 2010 to 2014, driving the evolution of JetBlue’s signature offerings, including the launch of Mint and Fly-Fi.





Before returning to JetBlue, Jamie was senior partner at Material, a global insights, marketing, and technology firm, where he led the Travel & Hospitality practice. He also held various marketing leadership roles at PepsiCo, including head of North American eCommerce marketing.





Jamie earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Warwick and his MBA from the University of Melbourne. His deep experience in both the airline and travel industries, coupled with his passion for innovation, positions him to lead JetBlue Travel Products into its next phase of growth and success.
